Yum! I love self-saucing puddings - so easy. But I have never made pineapple before. Sounds delicious.
ReplyDeleteRight - that's it....we are doing Golden syrup dumplings tonight - you have inspired me.
ReplyDeleteTania, you are organised with your menus. I have to give the dessert a miss but it does sound good I must say. Thankfully I am not too tempted. LOL!
ReplyDeleteNice menu Tania. It is the weather for the pudding! So cold at the moment. Roasts, curries, soups etc featuring here. Tomatoes have been on special so thinking of winter tomato dishes. Have a really good week! xxx
ReplyDeleteJayne, I will share the pineapple pudding recipe at a later date.
ReplyDeleteGo on Phil, I dare you! Annabel's pudding is a cinch to make and oh so delicious!
Nanna Chel, I haven't been organised with my menu planning, hence why I am sharing on this blog. So far it is working and I am sticking to the plan. Desserts in our house are for the other family members :)
Thank you Annabel, it definitely is the weather for puddings. Ice everywhere this morning! I have been trying to have some nice warm meals too, but my son likes his salads in preference to veggies. He doesn't mind a good curry or chilli meal though :)
